North County LGBTQ Resource Center services include support groups for youth, seniors, & military service members. The NCRC provides essential HIV/AIDS testing and prevention, mental health counseling, civil rights advocacy, community education, a food bank, and social programs.NCRC serves the lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual, and questioning (LGBTQ) communities of Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Fallbrook, Camp Pendleton, and other outlying areas.
