The Foot Soldiers are proud to announce that we will once again be supporting Calgary Outlink for the 2022 Prideraiser campaign! This year's fundraiser will take place during the 4 matches held in June (with a potential 5th match if we advance in the Canadian Championship). The Fundraiser works by having supporters pledge a donation for each goal that the Cavs score throughout their matches for the month. At the end of the campaign, you donate directly to the charity (tax receipts should be provided at that time). As an example if you pledge $2.00 per goal and the Cavs score a total of 10 goals, you'd donate $20.00 at the end of the campaign.

We started working with Outlink in 2019 and had some fantastic results. Last year we had 30 pledges and raised over $1,600; we're confident we can do even better this year! 7 of the 8 Supporter's Groups are also participating in Prideraiser this year, and it gives us a chance to show just how amazing Calgary is and to raise more than them.

Calgary Outlink is a community based not-for-profit dedicated to providing support, education, outreach and referrals for LGBTQIA2S+ and allied community in Calgary.
